The tire shredding Machine system is designed to produce up to 1.2-10 tons per hour of TDF. TDF systems produce a 25mm to 152mm(1''-6'') rubber chip, which is used as a coal additive for industrial boilers. a.Tire ring cutter
This machine is applied to cut tire bead from the whole tire, and this is the first step. This machines have different features, such as stable performance, easy operation, long service life, low noise and so on

b. Tire strip cutting machine
1. For the tire strip cutting machine, It is applied to cut any tires with diameter less than 1200mm into 30-50mm, and this is the second step. The machine adopts two disc-shaped blades to cut tire or waste rubber by relative rolling.
